Common square of lux is 50 m². It is designed in russian style, has timber walls, 3 windows and is decorated with traditional russian textile and furniture. It consists of hall, bedroom, anteroom and toilet-room. . There are king-size bed,  toilet-table, 2 arm-chairs, sofa, secretary and journal-table, side-board, refrigerator with mini-bar, wardrobe. Toilet-room is equiped by bath, bidet and hair-drier.
