Common square of lux is 42 m². It is designed in russian style, has timber walls and 2 windows.  It consists of hall, bedroom, anteroom and toilet-room. There are double-bed,  toilet-table, 2 arm-chairs, sofa, secretary and journal-table, wardrobe. Toilet-room is equiped by bath, bidet and hair-drier.
